Our shipments

As we bring all our care (and a lot of love!) to the manufacture of your orders, we have found solutions so that they arrive in perfect condition!

- For the 18x24, 24x30 and 30x40 sizes ordered alone or mixed (we know you love the Gallery Wall) we ship them to you flat, surrounded by bubble foam in a large cardboard envelope. Each print is individually wrapped in a transparent sleeve (made for us in Charente-Maritime) with a cardboard reinforcement on the back.

- For formats from 40x50 to 70x100 our prints are rolled in tissue paper and shipped in a tube (round for Mondial Relay shipments and triangular for Colissimo shipments) of suitable diameter.

If your order also includes small formats, they will also be in a tube.

- For framed models, they are sent under double cardboard protection with particular care.

In the exceptional case of a mishap (only 2 so far) on sending a photo (by mms to 0687079243) of the damaged package and posters, we will send your order back to you as soon as possible and free of charge!

We have chosen Mondial Relay and Colissimo par la Poste for your shipments. You can choose to go to the Point Relay or wait at home for the postman to come.
